The Masonic Temple was located on the upper floor and the Woodburn Brothers Grocery occupied the ground space until the building changed hands in 1921. Its striking polychrome brick, gently sloping gable parapets, and terra cotta tile-framed windows and doors add unique contrast to the plain rectangular plan. Numerous T- and diamond-shaped terra cotta medallions ornament the upper level.","sponsor":null,"accessinfo":"Private","lede":"","website":"","related_resources":["<a href=\"https://npgallery.nps.gov/NRHP/GetAsset/d5c72bd6-2c18-4e09-89f1-44d3ffbc2715\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read about the Wibaux Commercial Historic District</a>","<a href=\"https://npgallery.nps.gov/NRHP/GetAsset/56c2c218-3838-4cdf-a65c-04623e870016/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">See photos of the Wibaux Commercial Historic District</a>"],"factoids":[],"files":{"https://mail.historicmt.org/files/fullsize/8b352f52e5730622c82e691b3c40a439.jpg":{"id":459,"mime-type":"image/jpeg","title":"Woodburn Building","description":"1.
